All the ETC teams are going to France this week, ETC’s second round hosted by Team GG will take part on the French track with a surprise, this time both races will be broadcasted, so you can connect with PSRtv on Friday at 20:45 and on Sunday at 10:45.

Also during the Friday’s broadcast we will know wich races will be run with changeable weather (a maximun of two) looking at the weather broadcast in circuit’s place for the saturday. In case that there is rain forecasted for saturday in more than one track it will be the first and the last ones the ones with it.

Friday’s sow commentators are still to be decided but in Sunday you will be online with our TV star Eckhart von Glan and with the sporting operations coordinator David Garcia.

There is also the doubt of the future of Precision Motorsports into the competition, we hope they can bring 4 drivers to this event and save their license.

The last days were very intense in the forum and the track, as some of our drivers detected issues relative to the race format that could make races less interesting than we all want, so ETC organizers reacted changing the format of the league in the direction suggested by dirvers.

Derivated from this changes, we will be able to have 11 licenses instead of 8, so now The Burning Tyres can have their own one and we are especting to more teams to join during the competition.

Other important modification is the GT CLUB class is discarded for the league. We apologyze for change this  because we know there was people making a big effort skinning the cars, but we hope they understand that is in benefit of the competition.

First consequence is the group and cars distribution:

GROUP GT PRO .- 2 cars per team (22 cars grid)

GROUP GT SPORT .- 2 cars per team (22 cars grid)

Races will be held on:

FRIDAY 20:00 CET

SUNDAY 11:00 CET

The classes will alternate the race day, as well as the broadcast (broadcasted race will be the FRIDAY’s one)

We hope this changes will benefit spectacle as well as battles on track.

Now its time to give latest news to the Team GG. The priority in the team is a fabulous 24 hours race on GTR2 in France. We postulated with two teams for this event. Now we received one invit for the organisation for driving the Murcielago R-GT number #3 in GT1 class. The five drivers of the team one pratice seriously the track ( Rattlesnake Point ) to be very good for the date of 20 and 21 september 2008. We stand an invite for the second team but its difficult because juste 52 Teams are invited, and we know the organisation receive more registrations. We have an hard work now in the team with that race, RD Wtcc08 league, RD TC65 league and to prepare the ETC Black Cup. More news about that race will come. See you on the tracks guys.
